Frequently Asked Insurance Questions

Does HRC accept insurance for fertility treatments?
HRC accepts all PPO and select HMO insurance plans. Costs and coverage often varies depending on what kind of fertility treatment and tests are covered by individual insurance plans.

Will my insurance cover pre-cycle testing or treatment?
One of the most important steps patients can take is to obtain a copy of their actual insurance policy. Our counselors can closely review this information with you to legally maximize any benefits that are available. Some managed care plans cover many diagnostic tests and some treatments for infertility. These often include basic hormonal testing, a semen analysis and required state labs. This might include the diagnostic laparoscopy, which is done to treat  such conditions as endometriosis.

We start by looking at your personal insurance policy and determining your level of coverage. We investigate your benefits as you schedule your initial consultation so that you know what is covered before any testing or treatment is started.

Will I be informed of any out-of-pocket expenses before treatment starts?
Our financial counselors will help you every step of the way in maximizing what you can obtain from your insurance as long as benefits are available with the plan.
