HRC Fertility West Los Angeles is proud to welcome Dr. Sasha Hakman, MD, FACOG to our award winning group of physicians.
Dr. Hakman is a distinguished highly awarded physician with dual board certifications in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI).
She is dedicated to each patient’s journey, ensuring that every decision is rooted in evidence-based medicine and the latest advancements in the field. She continuously seeks out the most current research and data to ensure that her patients receive the highest quality of care available.
In addition to her commitment to patients, Dr Hakman is passionate about educating through mentorships with residents and fellows and use of social media to educate online viewers about reproduction, including being a member of the BabyCenter medical advisory board. She also serves on the American Board of OBGYN as a subject matter expert for REI board certification.
Dr Hakman has a background in genetics research where she has investigated the intricate genetics of Müllerian anomalies, focusing her studies on MRKH (Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser) syndrome – a rare condition where women are born without a uterus. Dr. Hakman also has a strong background in lifestyle medicine and unwavering commitment to her patients’ overall well-being.
With fluency in English, French, and conversational Arabic, Dr. Hakman is dedicated to providing exceptional care to a diverse range of patients. Her expertise, linguistic versatility, and compassionate approach make her a true partner in your pursuit of optimal reproductive health.
