Initial consultation – The purpose of your initial consultation with us at HRC Fertility (HRC) is two-fold; to evaluate your case as comprehensively as possible and to provide you with pertinent information about your care and our program. Please plan to spend two hours with us, as you will be spending quality time with both your physician and nurse coordinator.

Preparation – While about 1/3 are attributed to the male and 1/3 to the female, about 1/3 are attributed to a combination of problems from both partners. As a result, the DREAM packages offers a battery of exams and labs tests to ensure your fertility protocol is designed specifically for your body.

During fertility treatment, our doctors will prescribe several medications for our female patients so they either produce multiple eggs for an upcoming in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle, regulate their menstrual cycles, or sustain a pregnancy once they conceive. The DREAM package includes fertility cycle medications up to the first pregnancy blood test.

IVF was originally developed for women with tubal factor infertility; however, because of major advances in in vitro fertilization, IVF is not always the treatment of last resort. Moderate to severe male infertility can often be treated using IVF with intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), where a single sperm is obtained from the male reproductive tract and injected directly into the egg. This means that a man with no sperm in his ejaculate may be capable of producing a genetically related child.

Additionally PGT (pre-genetic testing) is designed to assess whether embryos have the correct amount of genetic material. Embryos with the incorrect amount of genetic material, known as aneuploid embryos, typically fail to implant, which result in a miscarriage or lead to the birth of a child with a genetic disorder.

  • Fertility cycle medications up to first pregnancy blood test

The following aspects of your fertility treatment are included in this limited time offer to provide our patients with best chances of resulting in a successful pregnancy:

• AHA (Assisted Hatching) – Laser Assisted hatching (AHA), used with IVF, may improve the implantation of embryos into a woman’s uterine lining by creating an opening through which the embryonic cells can hatch out. Pregnancy cannot occur unless the embryo hatches. Some embryos seem to have a thicker shell that may decrease their ability to hatch, reducing the likelihood that they will implant. Studies have shown that women aged over 37 have a tendency to produce eggs with a harder and/or thicker zona pellucida than younger women. The same applies to women with a high level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). The problem of a harder zona pellucida is that the embryo may not hatch and not attach to the womb.
• *Two Embryo Transfers – If pregnancy is not achieved during the first transfer, the DREAM Package allows for an additional frozen embryo transfer (up to two total frozen embryo transfers) from original egg retrieval cycle to increase your chances of a successful pregnancy. Additional medication charges will apply to the second frozen transfer. Second embryo transfer must occur within 6 months of the FET cycle..

• Embryo Banking, 1st Year Storage – Embryo banking is the freezing of one or more embryos until a woman is ready to become pregnant. This is the most established form of fertility preservation and is an excellent option for women who have a male partner or are interested in using donor sperm. The process takes approximately 10-12 days, and usually requires hormone stimulation to mature several eggs at one time. There are specific ovarian stimulation protocols that may be considered to reduce exposure to estrogen, such as with the use of medications like Letrozole. Mature eggs are fertilized in vitro (outside the body) to form embryos and then they are frozen for future use.
• Sperm Freezing, 1st Year Storage 
• Sperm freezing is a relatively simple procedure. All the male (single sperm source) needs to do is to produce a sample to preserve your ability to continue furthering your fertility journey should an unexpected life circumstance occur. There is an expiration date for frozen sperm, babies have been born from sperm frozen for 20 years.
• Confirmation – One pregnancy test (E2, P4 and HCG)
