Dr. Daniel A. Potter is a highly sought-after reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist practicing in our Newport Beach and Fullerton offices. Dr. Potter is the recipient of several awards from the infertility community, the most notable being the Vitals Awards: Compassionate Doctor of the Year and Patient’s Choice Award. In addition, he was also named the Inland Empire’s Best Doctor for 2012 by U.S. News and World Report. He has earned Top Doctor honors from Los Angeles magazine for the past 5 years, and he has been named in the Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists in America every year since 2005.
Dr. Potter is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate and personalized care. His approach to IVF results in maximal pregnancy rates for each individual case.
Dr. Potter is internationally known and has made many media appearances, including “60 Minutes Australia” and the “Today Show” (Australia), “The Doctors,” “Flipping Out” and “Real Housewives.” He has long been a strong advocate for reproductive freedom and equality including compensated egg donation, compensated surrogacy, single parenting and same-sex parenting.
Dr. Potter serves as the Chairman of the medical advisory board for the American Fertility Association. He is the author or co-author of dozens of peer-reviewed scientific articles.
A graduate of the University of Southern California for undergraduate and medical school, Dr. Potter completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Los Angeles County/USC Women’s Hospital, and REI fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center.
