HRC Fertility was proud to sponsor and take part in this year’s Threads of Pride, a one-of-a-kind Pride Week event in San Francisco that blended fashion, community, and advocacy into a powerful night of celebration and connection.

Dr. Kay Waud, a double board-certified OB-GYN and reproductive endocrinologist at our Bay Area location, attended the event on behalf of HRC Fertility. The event was hosted by the incredible Dr. Nasser (Nas) Mohamed and brought together advocates, creators, and community members to honor Pride Week in a meaningful and impactful way.

“Threads of Pride wasn’t just a fashion show—it was a movement. A moment where fabric met identity, where every model carried a story, and where we wove together resistance, celebration, and radical beauty,” said Dr. Nas in a heartfelt message to all who participated and supported the event.

We are deeply grateful to Dr. Nas for creating this space and for inviting us to be part of it. Events like this serve as a reminder of why we do what we do and how important it is to continue standing beside those who have historically been underserved or overlooked in the fertility space.

We hope to continue being part of Threads of Pride for years to come and remain dedicated to supporting this community every step of the way—not just during Pride Month, but all year long.
