PASADENA FERTILITY CLINIC OFFICE HOURS

Monday through Friday- 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Ultrasounds- 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Laboratory Testing- 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. (For same day results)

MONDAY through FRIDAY

Administration- 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Clinical - 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Ultrasounds, Laboratory Testing, Oocyte Retrieval- 7:30 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.

Office Procedures -Sonohysterogram, D&C, Hysteroscopy, Polypectomy, Embryo Transfer, Pregnancy Ultrasound- 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
New Patient Consultations- 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Elective Surgery- Tuesday and Friday - 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Follow-up Visits Monday through Friday - 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

We see our cycling patients for procedures only (ultrasounds, retrievals, embryo transfers, and laboratory testing related to the cycles.) We do not do precycle testing, semen analysis, sperm penetration assays, sonohysterogram, office hysteroscopy, D&C, and polypectomy on the weekends. We start as early as 7:30 a.m., and finish with our last patient, usually around Noon.

CALL BACK HOURS

Our laboratory results are usually available by 2:00 p.m. Your nurse coordinator and/or nursing assistant will have you give us a call after 2:00 p.m. for your results. If you are unable to directly reach your nurse, please leave a phone number where we can reach you later in the afternoon or early evening. We try our best to reach each patient prior to leaving for the day.

PATIENT CONTACT

Each physician is assigned a nurse coordinator and nursing assistant. You will meet your nursing team at your initial consult. The nurses will be there to help you step by step with your treatment at HRC.

Traveling South on the 5 to 134 East (turns into 210)
