I recently did a fresh IVF cycle, they retrieved 22 eggs and fertilized 13 with ICSI. They implanted two three days transfer embryos, which ended in negative pregnancy. One month later after my failed attempt I went back and did FET with assisting hatching, we transferred 3 embryos this time, it was also a failure. The only fertility issue we have is block tubes. My question what should be my next step to becoming pregnant. I'm only 22 years old and don't want to wait until I'm older to tackle this issue. Also uterine lining is perfect and my body respond perfect to medications.

I recommend you get a second opinion regarding your two failed IVF cycles at age 22. You should be getting a day 5 transfer instead of day 3 if there are enough embryos, as that will increase your success in an experienced lab. Also, it is important to have the uterus examined with a hysteroscopy or hysterosonogram prior to implantation. I would be happy to consult with you.
