Hello,

I was reading the services you offer and I was wondering if you deal with SCO Syndrome. My fiance has a problem producing sperm and our next step is to have a testicular biopsy to see if there is any chance that he may be able to produce sperm. Is this a procedure offered at your facilities. Also, if there is a chance that he will be able to stimulate the production of sperm, is there a chance of conceiving a child naturally or does it usually require IVF/ICSI?

Thank you,

Dianal

Sertoli cell only syndrome is associated with azoospermia or no sperm in the ejaculate. There is no effective treatment option available for treatment other than donor insemination.

Sincerely,
