My husband was diagnosed with azoospermia. They don't know why, so we opted for donor sperm. I am a 23 year old, healthy woman, with no fertility problems. My question is.... What are my chances of conceiving doing and IUI without Clomid and with clomid? A nurse told me 8% without and 20% with, but that sounds very low to me.

Success rates with any insemination treatment are low. Success rates in nature are low. In my opinion, and according to the medical literature, Clomid does not increase success rates with donor insemination in normally ovulating women. I usually start young women like you off in natural cycles, and most of them conceive quickly. Has your husband had a testicular biopsy? Occasionally viable sperm are present. If you would like to learn more about that, please call me at 818-788-7288. Good luck!
