Hello, I am from the UK and from various forums see you have a good success rate once embryos are transferred and very interested in your clinic. We have had 2 transfer cycles (5 probe day 5 transfers) in Europe first was a single embryo transfer 2nd we transferred 2 All grade A blastes (not hatching) was given great odds but both cycles unsuccessful. My lining was great both times and I have 2 children conceived naturally.

Please could you tell me what you would do other than 24 GSN testing to ensure the embryo takes? What is your post transfer protocol? Also is immune testing important?

I appreciate your time and really look forward to hearing from you.

Many thanks

Hello,

Indeed 5 probe testing does not evaluate the entire embryo. Whether GSN or CGH, it would be prudent to test all 23 pairs to make sure something else is not being missed. Each doctor has a different protocol, and they will also vary on the patient. In general I use oral estrogen and vaginal progesterone. Immune testing has certainly been disproven at this point and is generally not done. I hope this helps
