I'm going to be 43 next week. My RE suggested CGH before our last IVF cycle to see if my advanced maternal age/my eggs are the reason I'm not getting pregnant. On 6 embryos tested on day 3 they all came back abnormal. Is CGH the superior of the 2 tests? Also, I have read about trisomy correction, at my age I guess the chances of a correction are slim.
Trying to figure out what to do next, because with our latest results it appears I can't get pregnant with my own eggs. I don't want to do egg donation.

Hello - While day 3 biopsy is an excellent tool especially when combined with SNP technology (e.g. GSN), there is a small chance of mosaicism meaning that one cell may not be representative of the whole embryo. That may help explain instances of "repair". But you should know this is a very slim chance, probably on the order of
