I had 3 times unsucessful IVF , the first 2 i took 300 IU from Menogen and second time from Gonal F, the third time i took 600 IU from Menogen. in the 3 times i produced only 3 mature eggs ( the doctors said that they became embyros type B) as i suffer from a very poor ovarian reserve (the AMH is 0.2) .
My question : Should i proceed in IVF again.
secondly : Some doctors said taking 300 IU or 600 IU in my case is the same, what dose should I take especially the medecine is too expensive

Need your advice
Thank U

I am very sorry to hear about your troubles. Since you produced the same number of eggs irrespective of the dose, it appears that using a higher dose does not benefit you.

One of your options would be trying again, or consider egg or embryo donation. It is best to discuss the options with your physician that can provide you his lab's success rates with each one of the options. In our experience, egg donation is very successful in cases of diminished ovarian reserve.
