I have had 6 failed IUI's. How do I know if IVF is what I need to do or if IUI's will work for us. Mild male factor, low morphology, me: stage 2 endo, low AMH, age 40.

Also should I try mini IVF or would the chances of success be too low?
Thank you.

IVF would be the likely next step especially when considering your history over-all. The maximal benefit of IUI is seen after the first 3 or 4 cycles. Beyond 6 cycles of IUI is typically avoided; however, each patient is different. Given your age, your low AMH level, and your parnter's low sperm morphology, IVF would give you a much higher likelihood of pregnancy relative to your 6th or 7th IUI cycle. The role for mini-IVF may be more appropriate especially if your other ovarian reserve parameters are low. I hope that this helps.
