I’m a 38-year-old female living in San Diego thinking about freezing my eggs.
I’m interested in the low cost three cycle of $8.900. Are there any specific requirements for this? What is the additional cost for medication and other related costs? Could you please clarify what is the “refund guarantee” program is? What clinic and doctor would you recommend? Thank you.

Hello checkcheck7,
We would be glad to assist you. There are no specific requirements, but we need to perform a health and ovarian reserve screening in order to counsel you about the effectiveness of this treatment for your particular situation.
Details about associated costs and and the estimated cost of meds can be obtained from our financial counselors. The lower your ovarian reserve, the higher is the medications dose that you may need, so the higher is the cost for those medications.
A refund guarantee program is for patients that are planning on achieving pregnancy via IVF. Again, one of our financial counselors will gladly answer all your questions and inform you of the qualifying criteria.
The first step is to schedule an initial consult. Your insurance may cover the cost of the initial consult.
Please feel free to call my office at 760-758-2034 X 4 for scheduling and for obtaining additional cost information.
I will be looking forward to speaking to you soon,
Dr Coffler

Thank you Dr. Coffler for your reply.

I'm going to OBGYN this Friday. Do I need to order FSH test and other related tests to bring the results to my initial consultation at HRC Fertility center? If so, would you please provide a list of needed tests.

Also, is there an email I can use the contact your office about cost related and insurance questions?

Thanks!

Hi checkcheck7,
Please contact my office and Sandra will direct you to the financial counselor to obtain pricing and insurance info. The cost is identical for any of our HRC locations or physicians. You may also want to check into the EggBanxx program (just google it).
I will decide on the appropriate list of testing following your initial consult, but you may obtain a general list from one of the IVF coordinators.
