I was diagnosed with azoospermia, what are our chances of having biological children?

If the azoospermia is due to mechanical blockage, your chances for genetically related children are excellent. If it is due to a sperm production issue, it depends on the likelihood of finding and retrieving testicular sperm. You need to consult a male fertility specialist to obtain a more accurate assessment.
