Areas of Research and Publication
Dr. Battaglia has been involved in reproductive biology for over 30 years. Much of his research has focused on the biology of fertilization, the effects of maternal aging on egg biology, and on cryopreservation of ovarian tissue and oocytes. He has presented his findings at many national and international meetings. He is also active with issues pertaining to the accreditation and regulation of IVF laboratories.
