Huntington Southern California Fertility Clinics
Infertility clinics were not widely available in the 1980's and since that time there has been significant growth in new fertility clinics. Since its inception
in 1988, Huntington Reproductive Center Medical Group
(HRC) has focused on introducing and perfecting new procedures
and techniques that are on the cutting edge of reproductive
technology. HRC was the only full service infertility clinic in the San Gabriel Valley, and
for many miles beyond, when we first opened our doors to patients
in 1988.
HRC infertility clinics are
located in Pasadena, Westlake
Village, Tarzana, Orange County, Fullerton, Laguna
Hills, and West Los Angeles . HRC is always looking at expanding into
new locations where we can be of service and which
will be more convenient for our patients.
Our infertility clinics have helped thousands of couples suffering from infertility to realize their dreams of having a family
through one or more of a wide array of fertility
treatment options. HRC has
become a nationally and internationally recognized infertility clinic for
its innovative state-of-the-art
research and for its successful reproductive treatments,
which have consistently achieved superior birth success
rates. HRC is proud to report that as a result of
these treatments several thousand babies have been
born to happy parents across the United States and around
the world.

and zygote intrafallopian transfer, embryo
freezing/thaw cycles, a donor egg program, gestational
surrogacy, microhatching, microfertilization, laser and pelvic reconstructive surgery,
sterilization reversals, electroejaculation sperm recovery
for spinal cord injured males, PESA sperm recovery technique
as an alternative to vasectomy reversal or for failed
vasectomy reversal, and TESE sperm recovery technique.
Our California fertility clinic is one of the most sought after and successful programs in the nation partly owning to an exceptional group
of support
personnel, embryologists,
nurses and laboratory experts, in addition to our
highly-qualified and respected fertility specialists .
Our fertility clinic's in
vitro fertilization (IVF) laboratory has a long
and very successful history. Few aspects of an assisted reproductive technology procedure are more important than the embryology laboratory. The first laboratory was built
in 1988 when our infertility clinic had two reproductive endocrinologists and two
embryologists. The laboratory volume at that time was approximately 100 cycles per year. These two embryologists are still employed by HRC and we have added five more embryologists to our staff.
Our fertility clinic established
the first IVF ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection) pregnancy on the West coast. Our laboratory is committed
to excellence and we are at the
forefront of reproductive clinical
research. HRC has always been one of the leading
programs applying innovative reproductive techniques
such as microfertilization techniques. We also performed one of the
first preimplantation genetic diagnosis cases (PGD)
in the USA in 1989 for a sex linked disorder. (We have a separate PGD Web site with extensive information about gender selection and sex linked diseases.)
Our fertility clinic physician staff consists of nine specialists in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Their combined experience in diagnosing and treating infertility is unsurpassed by other fertility clinics. Each specialist completed a Fellowship, which involved extensive research and clinical studies including training in delicate microsurgical techniques. Additionally, our physicians meet daily to discuss individual patient's treatments and prognosis. This provides each patient with the benefit of the combined experience of our physician staff.
For over a decade,
the staff at HRC have pursued evolving strategies and
fertility treatments designed to help patients translate their
hopes and dreams of a family into reality. As our patients
have succeeded, so have we.
